An advertiser may request the return of this balance at any time, subject to an administration fee of £10.00. Refunds will not be given on click-throughs already provided. Any bonus payments that may have been added to an advertisers account are not refundable.

GENERAL
Wholesale118 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Advertisers will be given 30 days notice of any fundamental changes to their advertising contract. Specifically Wholesale118 reserves the right to increase advertising prices at any time and where this affects existing advertisers, 30 days notice of any such increase will be given.

Wholesale118 may refuse to accept any individual or business as an advertiser/
affiliate/partner without providing a reason or justification.

ENGLISH LAW
The use of this website shall be governed under English law.
